Board Member Nominations – Extended

The Nacho Nyak Dun Development Corporation is seeking nominations to the Board of Directors for two (2) members, of which, one (1) must reside within NND Traditional Territory.

All nominations must be endorsed by two (2) NND Citizens’ signatures.

All nominees must:
  • Consent to a preliminary criminal background check by the Shareholder and any further due diligence the Shareholder deems appropriate
  • Be nineteen (19) years of age or older
  • Be an individual as per the Corporation By-law No. 2
  • Never have, or controlled a company that has, met the definition of “bankrupt” or “insolvent” pursuant to Canada’s Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act, R.S.C., 1985, c. B-3
  • Not have previously served as a director of the Corporation and been removed for any reason or resigned for reasons unrelated to legitimate personal matters or illnesses; and
  • Not have been convicted of an indictable offence.

Return all completed nomination forms to:  Carol Van Bibber at the NND Gov’t House at 101 Future Road in Mayo or Pat Titus at NNDDC in Whitehorse at 7209 B–7th Ave.

Deadline for nominations is June 14, 2012 by 4:30 p.m.
